- Extremely dry circumstances in Texas have resulted in the discovery of tracks left by an Acrocanthosaurus dinosaur 113 million years ago.
- Footage shows the prehistoric prints at the bottom of the Paluxy River inside Dinosaur Valley State Park, after the drought-stricken river exposed them.
- According to a state park spokesperson, the prints belonged to a Tyrannosaurus Rex relative who reached 15 feet (4.6 metres) tall.
- Acrocanthosaurus lived during the Early Cretaceous.
